Supps?

Most men who work out or are into athletics take supplements. Why? Because they have a goal. Either to perform better or to build a lot of muscles in short to look like Arnold when he was a body builder.

I'll be the first to admit that I tried the protein shake. And honestly it made me appreciate home cook meals. Sometimes people use it as a substitute because they think its enough. Well its not. Our bodies need the natural nutrients that we can get from meat, vegetables and fruits.
There are supplements that increases our strength and makes us rip. Some makes us huge. Some increases our endurance. But the bottom line is they are all chemicals. They are harmful in the long run. They attack our liver and kidneys. Basically, outside may look good but inside is where the shit happens. They will damage our internal organs in the long run. Plus, its a bit expensive.

If you want to build your muscles, EAT! Want to increase your endurance and strength not to mention your power then work harder and EAT! Eat right! If you want to regain lost fluids then drink water or Gatorade. Seriously, whatever we think we get from supplements we can get from eating right and putting extra effort.

Hard work will get you anywhere.
